In an HR Specialist job you'll be responsible for:
Conducting thorough, objective, and timely employee relations investigations.
Managing sensitive workplace issues with discretion, empathy, and professional judgment.
Partnering directly with leadership to advise on employee relations matters, policy interpretations, and resolution strategies.
Gathering documentation, interviewing relevant parties, and preparing detailed investigation reports.
Identifying potential workplace trends or risks and recommending corrective action or policy improvements.
Serving as a trusted contact for employees to voice concerns, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.
What you'll need:
A minimum of five years of progressive HR experience.
Strong background in conducting employee relations investigations and handling sensitive workplace issues.
Proven track record of partnering effectively with leadership on employee relations matters.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong conflict-resolution capabilities.
High level of integrity, emotional intelligence, and confidentiality.
