HR Generalist Dayton, OH Pay From: $30.00 per hour MUST: Experienced HR Generalist 5 years of HR experience or more required Must be able to pass a Company background check. New hire orientation experience Onboarding experience Experience using Workday Verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of compliance-based benefit reporting requirements Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or finance. DUTIES: Deliver a high-quality candidate journey that reflects the companys brand and values Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires are prepared for success Support the delivery and administration of internal training and eLearning programs Work alongside the HR team to provide comprehensive support to the broader organization Have a major hand in new hire orientation Uphold all regulatory and internal standards regarding recruitment documentation and processes Some PR assistance in addition to other duties as assigned Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
