Job Context

Join a commercial HR team shaping the future of a high-growth SaaS business.

2026 is a pivotal year for Simpro Group. We're building a modern, high-impact HR function focused on driving performance, strengthening leadership, and enabling the business to scale with confidence.

This is an in-office role at the heart of the action - where you'll gain broad, hands-on exposure across the full people agenda, while playing a meaningful role in lifting performance across teams.

There's real momentum, pace, and opportunity here. If you're someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants to be part of building something better, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own the delivery of seamless, high-quality HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring every touchpoint drives a high-performance culture.

  • Act as a trusted first point of contact, providing clear, commercially minded guidance that enables managers to make confident, effective people decisions.

  • Maintain robust, accurate people data and HR systems, leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data integrity.

  • Support the execution of people strategies by enabling workforce planning, organisational change, and talent processes that directly impact business performance.

  • Drive the operational delivery of performance cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and reward processes, reinforcing accountability and high standards.

  • Embed global HR frameworks with a pragmatic, locally relevant approach, ensuring consistency, compliance, and business alignment.

  • Partner with managers on day-to-day employee matters, providing practical guidance and supporting early-stage employee relations cases, while escalating and partnering closely with the Senior HR Business Partner on more complex issues.

  • Translate HR data into meaningful insights, building dashboards and reporting that inform decisions, highlight trends, and unlock productivity.

  • Continuously challenge and improve HR processes, using technology, automation, and AI to simplify workflows, increase speed, and scale impact.

  • Build and maintain clear, scalable operating procedures that enable consistency, efficiency, and a best-in-class HR service.

  • This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties and may be modified at the discretion of Simpro Group.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or strong HR Administrator role within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to take a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to people challenges, balancing risk with business outcomes.

  • Experience delivering end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle at pace and scale.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail; consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience operating in environments undergoing growth, transformation, or organisational change is highly desirable.

  • Embraces technology, automation, and AI to drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, with the ability to generate and interpret data, reports, and insights.

  • Solid employment law knowledge, with the confidence to apply it in a practical, commercially aligned way.

  • Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, building trusted, respectful, and effective working relationships across the organisation.

  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the credibility and confidence to partner with managers on day-to-day people matters.
