Overview
Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Integration: Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
Employee Relations & Culture: Support employee relations initiatives by addressing staff concerns, assisting with conflict mediation, supporting the performance management process, and helping maintain a positive workplace culture.
Benefits & Payroll Administration: Assist with the administration of health benefits, processing leaves of absence (FMLA/OFLA), coordinating payroll workflows, and managing open enrollment periods.
Compliance & Reporting: Assist with ensuring adherence to employment laws, maintaining accurate data within the HRIS system, preparing reports for audits, and compiling EEO-1 or other regulatory filings.
Training & Development: Assist with coordinating employee training programs, tracking annual performance evaluations, and supporting professional development initiatives.
Policy Development: Partner with HR leadership to assist with creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of various HRIS systems and Microsoft products
- Must be able to pass a background check
