HR Generalist Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 7am - 3: 30pmJoin trak group in partnering with a growing client in Springfield, Ohio, that’s expanding its Shared Services team. Position Overview:This role supports a broad range of human resources functions, including recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working collaboratively to enhance the employee experience and contribute to a positive, well-organized workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Supports a wide range of human resources functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee support
• Serves as a key point of contact for employees, helping to foster a positive, inclusive, and responsive workplace environment
• Assists with benefits coordination and employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience
• Helps maintain compliance with policies and regulations while ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping
• Contributes to training and development efforts that support employee growth and engagement
• Participates in HR initiatives and projects that improve processes and strengthen overall organizational effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a human resources generalist role
• Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
