Job Title: HR Generalist III Job Duration: 5 Months (Potential for an Extension) Job Location: Whitakers, NC The People Support team is looking for someone to support 3rd shift HR activities. The first couple weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12-6pm. Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4pm-1am with a 1 hour break.Responsibilities:-Handle all employee relations activities-Counsel and coach managers-Be the subject matter expert for HR policies-Own and update HR processes-Answer items in the Service Now ticketing systemThe ideal candidate will have:-Ability to work independently-Strong problem solving skills-Experience with influencing and coaching-Ability to work with various personalities-Experience working with confidential information-Solid foundational HR expertiseEducation: Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required
