Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a HR Generalist III for their Whitakers, NC location.Responsibilities:
- Handle all employee relations activities
- Counsel and coach managers
- Be the subject matter expert for HR policies
- Own and update HR processes
- Answer items in the Service Now ticketing system
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with influencing and coaching
- Ability to work with various personalities
- Experience working with confidential information
- Solid foundational HR expertise
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field required
