Job Summary
The HR Generalist/Recruiter supports both talent acquisition and core human resources functions across the employee lifecycle. This role partners with the business to attract and onboard talent, provides day‑to‑day HR support to employees, maintains accurate HR data, supports compliance with company policies, and contributes to HR reporting, metrics, and projects.Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Full cycle recruiting including posting jobs, actively sourcing and screening candidates
- Schedule and participate in interviews
- Draft offer letters and assist in negotiations
- Manage new hire process by coordinating pre-employment screening, new hire paperwork processing, and employee orientations and other recruitment duties
- Support employee relations and respond to basic HR inquiries.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinateleave programs and benefits support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepares reports to track employee relations, hiring, termination metrics and other HR KPIs
- Support HR projects, as needed
- Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes/competencies

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years combined HR experience of related experience as a Human Resource Generalist, HR Coordinator, or Recruiter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to relate information with clarity.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft platform and time and attendance systems, for the purposes of data entry and report creation and maintenance.
Preferred Requirements:
- Professional HR certification
