Job Description
We are currently seeking a "Workday Benefits developer" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in Dallas, TX. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.Duration: 07+ Months ContractPay Range: $60 - $65/Hr on W2Location: Hybrid / Dallas, TXResponsibilities:
- Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity.
- Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment.
- Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting.
- Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration, advanced reporting Writer skills.
- Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure.
- Responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of system enhancements.
