SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Provides advanced administrative and technical support for various areas of HR functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION PERFORMED
- Provides advanced administrative and technical support for various areas of HR functions to include benefits, compensation, employment, safety, etc.
- Prepares materials needed by HR managers for conferences, correspondence, appointments, and meetings.
- Creates and prepares reports from the HR database.
- Assists the Benefit Specialist with new hire benefit paperwork, filing, and billing.
- Assists Employment Manager with new hire paperwork and employee evaluation process.
- Assists Compensation Manager with job description/training review program and 90-day new hire evaluations.
- Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational experience equivalent to a High School Diploma with five years previous administrative experience.
- Administrative HR experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with others.
