Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Compensation: $25/hr - possibility to be a part time student worker
The HR Intern supports the Human Resources and Administration team in delivering day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational processes.  
  •    Assist with employee engagement initiativesSupport planning and execution of company events, surveys, and programs (e.g., pulse checks, recognition events)
  •    Provide support on HR reporting and analyticsCompile data on headcount, turnover, and training completion
  •    Assist with HR dashboards and reporting requestsSupport compliance and administrative tasks
  •    Track mandatory training completion (e.g., safety, compliance)Assist with audits and documentation preparation
    •    Assist with Development/training programsAssist with outline, confirming accuracy and implementation of  programsProvide general administrative support to the HR team as needed including updating org chart
