This full-time, permanent position provides an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our human resources department. The HR Manager will be a strategic partner in driving our company's vision and mission while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational development, strategic planning, and change management. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent.
- Oversee and administer compensation and benefits plans.
- Evaluate training programs and their effectiveness to improve staff performance.
- Lead the development of workforce plans and resourcing strategies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- A minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience.
- Proven working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, etc.)
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Thorough knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving organizational change and development.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing compensation and benefits plans.
- Proficient in workforce planning and resourcing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
