This full-time, permanent position provides an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our human resources department. The HR Manager will be a strategic partner in driving our company's vision and mission while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational development, strategic planning, and change management. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract the best talent.
• Oversee and administer compensation and benefits plans.
• Evaluate training programs and their effectiveness to improve staff performance.
• Lead the development of workforce plans and resourcing strategies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience.
• Proven working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, etc.)
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Thorough knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving organizational change and development.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in managing compensation and benefits plans.
• Proficient in workforce planning and resourcing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
