The company is investing in the growth of its U.S. manufacturing footprint and offers employees the opportunity to influence business success while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.Job DescriptionPartner with site leadership to develop and implement workforce and people strategies

Lead employee relations activities, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes

Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives

Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs

Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations

Support recruiting strategy and hiring plans while partnering with talent acquisition resources

Leverage HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations

Facilitate leadership coaching, training, and professional development initiatives

Lead HR support for organizational growth, transformation, and change management activities

Manufacturing, industrial, operations, or similar environment experience required

Strong Employee Relations expertise

Experienced in: Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, and Leadership DevelopmentExperience supporting growth, transformation, or scaling organizations

Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
