Human Resources ManagerPreference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for an HR Manager for an organization based in Oakes, North Dakota. Type of Position: Full Time Direct HireSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmCompensation: $70, 000 - $100, 000 DOE AnnuallyBenefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k)Position Overview:

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

Bachelor s or associate degree in human resources or related field
A minimum of 5 years experience
Knowledge in federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, etc.)
