Commercial & Residential Cleaning Company seeking an HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Full-cycle recruitment (Indeed & local sourcing)

* Process payroll using FingerCheck

* Ensure payroll law compliance

* Manage prevailing wage compliance & reporting

Requirements:

* Knowledge of prevailing wage laws (required)

* Payroll experience

* Previous HR & Recruiting experience (required)

* Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
