- Contract with possible contract extension or hire
- Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
- Location: Fully onsite – customer site in Holly Ridge, LA
- 5-8 years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, customer success, or related roles.
- Design and manage end-to-end onboarding programs
- Project management skills.
- Experience with Oracle or related HRIS/ onboarding platforms.
- Manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Excellent skills in Organization & Time Management
- Proven success in process improvement
- Experience supporting high-volume staff in industries such as construction or skilled trades (telecom field technicians preferred)
- 6 yrs relevant experience
- Provide strategic support for building onboarding programs and training
- Conduct hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development for new team members
- Drive HR compliance
- Project Management & Coordination
- Operational & Process Improvement
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Client & Stakeholder Communication
