Job Description

Position Summary

Financial Ascend is seeking an experienced HR Operations and HRIS professional to provide maternity leave coverage within Human Resources. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, payroll administration activities, leave administration, benefits processing, Workday transactions, reporting, and employee support. The individual will work closely with HR leadership and other HR team members to maintain service levels and ensure continuity of operations.

Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of HR operations, payroll, HRIS, benefits, or leave administration experience
Experience with Workday strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration preferred
