- Serve as first point of contact to Agency employees by answering questions and providing guidance as needed, in accordance with Human Resources rules and regulations.
- Assist with the continued development, updating, optimization, and use of current HR technological solutions and tools for managing data and work-processes across the Agency.
- Timely and accurately process all personnel transactions, including employee data changes such as hires, transfers, salary changes, and terminations.
- Assist with the rollout of an enterprise-wide Human Resources system, including leading user trainings and providing ongoing support to employees and Agency leaders.
- File and maintain confidential documents (hard and soft copies) as well as employee files to ensure all information is updated and stored accordingly.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR administrative functions and duties; including but not limited to; data integrity and auditing, system administration and optimization, process automation, user training, system integration, and reporting.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data to employees and Finance (time off, bonus, leaves, etc). This includes but is not limited to utilizing the Agency’s payroll and timekeeping electronic platforms.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Agency systems.
- Assist in the preparation of required regulatory audits by ensuring that all required employee files contain all necessary and updated information.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities and regulatory requirements (training, workplace injuries, labor statistics, credentialing, and licensure).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- Licensure: N/A. Certified HR Professional preferred.

- Collaboration & Teamwork: Functions effectively as a member of a professional team that includes employees, clients and family members.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Recognizes problems and responds appropriately; gathers information and sorts through it to identify and address root cause issues; makes timely decisions.
- Experience: 1 year work experience, HRIS administration or technology-focused HR operations 2+ years preferred.
