What You'll DoLead HR OperationsOversee HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle

Ensure consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and processes

Establish service standards, workflows, documentation, and escalation procedures

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and service quality

Partner with LeadersSupport leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness

Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee and manager issues

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions

Drive Process ImprovementLead initiatives to standardize and optimize HR processes

Utilize HR technology, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-makingCreate tools, resources, and workflows that simplify HR operations

Develop and Lead a TeamCoach and mentor HR team members

Establish performance expectations and development plans

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field8+ years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure across multiple HR disciplines3+ years of leadership experience within HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Business Partner, or similar functions

Experience leading process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence

Strong experience utilizing HR systems, reporting, analytics, and workflow tools

Preferred QualificationsBilingual in Spanish and EnglishMaster's degreeSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification

Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed organizations

Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms
