Job Description

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-Payroll related inquiries or requests.
  • Review payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order.
  • Collect and submit all federal and state tax documents for field employees in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
  • Produce and submit payroll and HR reports.
  • Assist with ad-hoc Payroll and HR projects.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees, management, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytically driven with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address challenges and provide innovative solutions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Proficient in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in similar roles
