Job Description Senior HR Product Management Leader (Interim/Consulting Resource 3-6months) We are looking for a senior HR Product Management leader to lead and mentor a team of Agile Product Owners supporting our HR technology portfolio. This individual will provide strategic leadership, establish product management discipline, and help accelerate delivery across multiple HR domains.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agile Product Owners responsible for HR products and platforms.
- Drive product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution across the HR technology portfolio.
- Partner closely with HR, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
- Establish and mature Agile product management practices, governance, and operating rhythms.
- Guide Product Owners in backlog management, value prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and technology execution.
- Support major initiatives across Workday, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Experience, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Provide leadership capacity during a period of organizational change and transformation.
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading teams of Product Owners or Product Managers in a large enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in HR Technology and Workday.
- Strong understanding of Agile product management and product operating models.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Preferred Profile A senior HR Technology leader, Product Management Director, or former HR Technology consulting leader with extensive Workday experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of leading Agile Product Owner teams in complex global organizations.
