Job Description
- Build the internal recruiting team, leading the hiring process of recruiters, defining the scope of the role, creating standard operating procedures, and providing ongoing training.
- Oversee recruiting cycle by creating job descriptions and sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Ensure practices related to recruiting are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and develop methods to optimize recruiting and hiring processes.
- Maintain internal applicant tracking system and suggest product improvement.
- Partner with recruiting agencies.
- Collaborate with marketing department to create social media strategies for recruitment.
- Exemplary judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Self starter with excellent initiative.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Understanding of a wide range of human resources practices and strategies.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Previous experience in a senior-level human resources and recruiting role a must.
