Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a proactive HR Programs Coordinator to support HR initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will assist with policy implementation, employee programs, and administrative HR tasks to ensure smooth operations.
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
HR Program Support
Assist with implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures. Coordinate employee participation in HR initiatives. Maintain records related to HR program activities.
Administrative Support
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for HR leadership. Support HR communications and employee announcements. Assist with tracking program compliance and participation metrics.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure HR programs comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Generate reports and provide insights for HR leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with HR, payroll, and operations teams to support HR initiatives. Provide assistance for HR process improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 2–4 years of experience supporting HR programs or administrative HR tasks.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools.• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.• Ability to manage confidential employee information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Experience supporting HR programs in government contracting environments.

Work Environment
• Professional office environment (or hybrid/remote if applicable).• May require occasional travel.• Must be eligible to work in the United States.• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance may be required.
