Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Operations Director leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and enterprise HR projects across EverTrue. Collaborates with HR and operation leaders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations. The HR Operations Director creates functional strategies, scalable tools and projects plans with a primary focus on employee experience, improving efficiency, consistency and compliance across the employee journey.
Responsibilities
1. Designs, documents and implements scalable methodologies, tools, and standards to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, engagement, and others that make up the employment life-cycle
2. Oversees HR management practices to ensure data integrity, security and consistency, in accordance with with EverTrue policies and applicable privacy and employment regulations, and that required reporting and filings are delivered; Updates and revises policies and procedures to assure compliance with trends in the workplace industry and regulatory changes; Assures the data stored on various EverTrue sites is maintained and provides relevant information
3. Ensures required HR reporting and regulatory filings are accurate and timely
4. Reviews, updates, and implements HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to align with regulatory changes, industry trends, and organizational needs
5. Participates, as needed, in evaluating acquisition or affiliation opportunities, including HR operational assessments, data reviews, and due diligence analysis
6. Partners closely with the directors of talent acquisition, organization development, total rewards, HRIS and operations to assess operation efficiencies, alignmentand improvements opportunities
7. Supports and coordinates HR operational assessments, due diligence and integration activities related to acquisition or affiliation opportunities, as needed
8. Operationalizes project and program support across HR in systems while actively coordinating and capturing strategic deliverables for HR in alignment with organization strategies and priorities
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources or related field
5+ years of progressive HR work experience with demonstrated responsibility for HR operations, process improvement, and project leadership
Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment practices, and applicable federal and state employment laws
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent analytical, judgment, organizational, and problem solving skills
Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance

A well-lighted and ventilated working area that has its own temperature control system (air conditioning and heat). The work will have some short notice requests, timelines for completion of tasks or reports and some major projects extending over months. Periodic overnight travel to locations within region.
