Job Description

Location: McLean, VA (Preferred), Richmond, VA, or Plano, TX Rate : $40/hr - $42/hr Duration: 5 months (with eligibility for conversion) Project Overview: We are looking for a professional to join the team and support a wide range of roles, including business analysts, project managers, internal strategy, tech, and sales positions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess a versatile skill set to tackle diverse recruiting challenges. The role is critical to the success of our recruitment strategy, and we seek someone who can navigate challenging client discussions and act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and teams. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process for various roles, ensuring sourcing and selection align with business needs. Proactive Sourcing: Lead proactive sourcing efforts using tools like LinkedIn and Eightfold to identify top talent, focusing on finding candidates who are the right fit for the role. Client Management: Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process and aligning talent searches with team goals. High-Level Collaboration: Work in a start-up-like environment where agility and adaptability are key, providing recruitment support in a fast-paced setting. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and hiring managers, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and challenges. Problem Solving: Provide situational insights on difficult searches and adapt strategies as needed. Reporting & Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on recruitment efforts, ensuring expectations are met and progress is communicated clearly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Ideally, 3 years of recruitment experience with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting across various domains. Client Management: Experience managing client relationships effectively and acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. Proactive Sourcing: Proven track record of using advanced sourcing strategies and tools to find and engage passive candidates. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations. Agency & Corporate Experience: A mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience is highly desirable. Start-Up Mindset: Ability to thrive in a start-up environment, where flexibility and adaptability are essential. Broader Recruiting Experience: Comfortable recruiting for a wide variety of roles, including both technical and non-technical positions. Sourcing Strategies: Ability to provide deep insights into sourcing strategies and demonstrate past successes in filling difficult roles. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with AI-driven sourcing tools. Consultative Recruiting Experience: Ability to provide strategic recruiting advice and insights to hiring managers.
