Job Description
Title: HR Recruiter Duration: 8 months Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA
Pay Rate: $40 - $50 W2 without benefitsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior HR Recruiter. This role will involve partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders to meet the unique talent needs of our organization. We welcome applicants with diverse experiences and backgrounds to apply.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience OR a combination of the three
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
- 3 year of experience with AI-focused recruitment (Applied Research, Applied Science, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering)
- 4 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- 2 years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leads to understand unique talent needs
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters
- Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results
- Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques
