Human Resources Recruiting CoordinatorLocation: OnsiteSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility to start earlier as needed to welcome new hires)Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping recruiting and onboarding processes running smoothly.The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in the candidate experience by coordinating interviews, posting open positions, communicating with applicants, supporting onboarding activities, and serving as a liaison with staffing agencies. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities from job posting through onboarding
- Post open positions to various job boards and recruiting platforms
- Schedule interviews across multiple departments and manage calendar coordination
- Handle last-minute interview changes and scheduling adjustments
- Prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding materials
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies and contingent workforce partners
- Assist with onboarding and management of temporary and contingent employees
- Maintain recruiting spreadsheets, applicant tracking information, and personnel databases
- Compile and distribute recruiting and HR-related reports
- Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and external partners
- Support recruiting initiatives, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices
- Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting activities as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and HR procedures
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned
- Previous Human Resources experience required
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and employment practices
- General understanding of labor and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR-related systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
