Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR Representative II to support HR operations through data management, reporting, and process improvement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in HR systems who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting reporting and analytics that drive HR decisions.
- Process employee data transactions including new hires, terminations, leave of absence updates, and job changes
- Maintain and update employee records across HR systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies
- Generate reports and support HR analytics and business decision-making
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborate with HR teams to resolve data issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge base materials are accurate and up to date
- Support cross-functional teams with HR data needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or related field
- Experience processing HR data transactions
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reporting tools and metrics
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, Workday, or ADP
- Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis or reporting tools
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience documenting and tracking employee data transactions

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
