Job Description
Our client is seeking an HR Representative to join their HR Operations team. This role is responsible for processing employee data transactions, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR systems, and assisting with reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Process employee transactions including new hires, terminations, leave of absence updates, job changes, and employee data changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and ensure data integrity.
- Review and audit employee data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Generate reports and complete templates to support HR business needs and decision-making.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Partner with HR team members to resolve employee data issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and HR system updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience processing employee data transactions and maintaining HR records.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, BrassRing, or similar platforms is preferred.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
