Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused HR Representative to support recruiting operations and candidate onboarding activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience through accurate processing of offer letters, onboarding documentation, employee transactions, and pre-employment activities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency with HR systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Generate and process offer letters and onboarding documentation for candidates
- Support candidate onboarding and orientation activities
- Coordinate with background screening and relocation vendors to facilitate candidate clearances and start dates
- Create purchase orders related to relocation expenses
- Process employee transactions including new hires, transfers, terminations, and employee data changes
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within HR systems
- Support recruiting and HR operations teams with administrative and process-related tasks
- Track and document employee data transactions within HR systems and databases
- Assist with reporting, data management, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Provide support in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or a related field required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred
- Experience working with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, ATS platforms, or HRIS systems
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new HR systems quickly
- Experience with data management and reporting tools including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reporting tools, SQL, or data visualization software preferred
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations preferred
- Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR transactional processing preferred

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
