Hours: Hybrid M-F (8am-5pm)

What you’ll do

As an HR Shared Services Partner, you will own the delivery of accurate, timely, and reliable HR services that support employees and managers across North America. You’ll take accountability for maintaining high‑quality employee data, administering benefits and payroll processes, and serving as a trusted first point of contact for HR lifecycle questions. By proactively managing HR systems, producing meaningful reports, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, you’ll help strengthen operational efficiency while delivering a professional, service‑oriented employee experience. You’ll collaborate closely with HR colleagues and site leaders, take initiative to solve issues at the root, and ensure HR services consistently reflect Nutreco’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a detail‑driven, service‑oriented HR professional who takes ownership of their work and follows through with accuracy, accountability, and care. You bring hands‑on experience in HR administration, confidence navigating HR systems and data, and a solid understanding of HR policies, legislation, and employee lifecycle processes. You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering timely, professional support to employees and managers. With strong communication skills and a continuous‑improvement mindset, you’re someone who doesn’t just process requests—you own the quality of the experience, look for better ways of working, and take pride in doing things right.

You’ll also need

  • Strong HR administration expertise & data integrity mindset – Proven experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate HRIS data, handling confidential information, and taking full ownership of accuracy, compliance, and follow‑through.

  • Systems proficiency & analytical capability – Comfortable working in HR systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office to manage employee records, generate standard reports, and use data to support HR operations and decision‑making.

  • Service‑oriented communication & stakeholder support – Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently support employees and managers, respond to HR inquiries, and deliver a consistently positive service experience.

  • Accountability, organization & continuous improvement mindset – Highly detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and proactive in identifying root causes, improving processes, and taking ownership for delivering efficient, reliable HR services.
