This role focuses on maintaining accurate employee data, supporting payroll processes, and resolving employee inquiries. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Audit timesheets and ensure accuracy of pay-related data
- Support payroll activities, including pay adjustments and inquiries
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS)
- Manage HR cases using tools like ServiceNow
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across HR systems
- Experience in HR operations, payroll support, or related field
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
