Partner with EDR leadership to define and execute a people strategy aligned to business priorities, growth plans, and evolving market needs.

  • Build a high‑performing, engaged workforce

Lead core talent programs including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and merit and promotion cycles, with a focus on retention and leadership readiness.

  • Lead and develop HR talent

Manage and coach a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance, escalation support, and modeling strong, consultative HR leadership.

Leverage data, analytics, and dashboards-primarily through Workday-to surface trends, inform decisions, and help leaders address complex workforce challenges.

  • Champion culture and inclusion

Partner with leaders to reinforce Huron's commitment to an inclusive, equitable culture through thoughtful talent practices and continuous improvement.

  • Connect strategy across the firm

Act as a bridge between EDR and Huron's Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards), ensuring firmwide capabilities are effectively applied to EDR's unique needs.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in strategic business partnering
  • Proven experience leading HR initiatives in fast‑paced, geographically dispersed organizations
  • Professional services or consulting experience preferred, with genuine curiosity about the business
  • Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with credibility at the senior‑leader level
  • Travel 25%

Why Huron

At Huron, we believe our people are our greatest strength. In this role, you'll have meaningful influence, strong leadership partnership, and the opportunity to help shape how talent strategy supports our mission and growth.
