The anticipated pay range is up $74,000, it will be based on experience.
Job Summary
As the Workforce Management Analyst, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the organization's time keeping system/s, help design functionality and enhancements, deliver best in class support, and maintenance. The analyst will leverage their combined HR, payroll, and IT knowledge to ensure efficient system functionality, data management, and insightful reporting for organizational decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain HR and Payroll data architecture, integrity, and practices.
Tests systems upgrades and modifications; works with the Manager, Workforce Management to recommend, test and implement improvements to maximize timekeeping effectiveness and efficiency.
Facilitate working sessions, provide recommendations for process improvements, and develop training materials. Provide training to managers.
Provides guidance to the users regarding policies and procedures; assists with the development of tools to help Management with timekeeping and payroll responsibilities.
Acts as first point of contact for Managers and local HR teams regarding timekeeping matters.
Works with internal and external auditors to provide information supporting audit requirements and to resolve any audit findings identified. Provides information to Legal as required.
Document changes, ensure governance, and assist in standard report development.
Provides customer service to all teammates.
Runs and reviews Time and Attendance audit reports to identify exceptions each payroll; researches and corrects as needed.
Assists with the integration and/or closure of companies due to acquisitions/divestitures in respect to all Payroll matters.
Qualifying Expeerience
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
FPC/CPP Certification preferred
Four or more years of payroll, HR, or time administration experience with a large corporation (5000+ employees) with multiple sites and locations
Or any combination of education and experience to meet the above requirements
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Highly detail‐oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced deadline‐oriented environment
Knowledge of Federal and State payroll/timekeeping laws and regulations
Excellent math and problem solving/analytical skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as participate on team projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer software skills (experience with Microsoft Word and Excel)
Working knowledge of Kronos (or other comparable timekeeping system) preferred
