HRIS & Payroll Analyst
Location: Greensboro, NCJob Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Exempt
Salary Range: Starting at $65K
Graham Personnel Services is recruiting for an experienced HRIS & Payroll Analyst for a growing manufacturing company in Greensboro, NC.
This is a direct-hire opportunity for someone with strong payroll and HRIS experience who is comfortable managing bi-weekly payroll, employee data, reporting, system administration, and employee support. Paycom experience is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll.
- Review and audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
- Process new hires, promotions, pay changes, transfers, terminations, and other employee changes.
- Serve as a primary resource for Paycom administration and troubleshooting.
- Assist employees and managers with Paycom and HRIS questions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR/payroll reports.
- Create ad hoc reports and workforce analytics.
- Conduct regular HRIS and payroll data audits.
- Support Paycom upgrades, enhancements, testing, and new module implementations.
- Develop HRIS procedures, documentation, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll and HRIS processes.
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and HRIS functionality.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of payroll and HRIS administration experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Paycom experience strongly preferred.
- Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR administration.
- Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
