Position Summary
Provides administrative support to the QHSE Manager in carrying out and promoting the company’s health, safety and environmental management system across its electrical and mechanical project sites.Key Responsibilities
- Track, sort, file and log weekly HSE site documentation used for trend analysis.
- Request, track and follow up on subcontractor safety documentation.
- Prepare project-specific HSE site files and binders; keep personnel-specific files current.
- Set up HSE site safety boards and emergency response postings.
- Coordinate fall protection equipment inspections and maintain the equipment inventory report.
- Send training notifications so employees stay current; update training certificates and records.
- Copy and scan certificates for new hires.
- Assemble take-away packages for in-house training sessions.
- Monitor HSE-scope equipment and issue reminders for annual inspections and calibrations.
- Check in HSE supply orders and monitor stock levels for re-ordering.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
