Zur Leitung unseres HSE-Teams in Magdeburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen:

HSE Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellen, Optimieren und Nachhalten des Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutzes gemäß der gesetzlichen und betriebsinternen Sicherheitsvorschriften

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Verantwortungsbereich

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des konzerninternen Sicherheitskonzeptes einschließlich Reporting und Dokumentation

  • Überarbeitung von Konzepten und Plänen (z. B. Störfallkonzept, betrieblicher Gefahrenabwehrplan etc.)

  • Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Projektteams sowie regelmäßige Teilnahme an standortübergreifenden HSE-Meetings

  • Organisation und Durchführung sicherheitsrelevanter Schulungen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium oder Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung und Zusatzqualifizierung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich des Arbeitsschutzes, vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Managementsystemen und deren Auditierung von Vorteil

  • Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert

  • Strukturierte, zielorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Empathie

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
