Saunders Staffing, Inc. is recruiting for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in the Weston, WV area.Candidates must have an active CNA certification in good standing in the state of West Virginia and a minimum of one year of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health care.Full-time positions available. Candidates must be flexible and available to work all shifts as needed.Job Description: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. This position assists patients with activities of daily living, monitors and reports changes in patient condition, and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Obtain and record vital signs and other basic patient information.
• Observe patients and promptly report changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with positioning, transferring, and ambulation as needed.
• Provide appropriate care and supervision for patients in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
• Follow established safety, infection-control, and patient-care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required.
• Work cooperatively with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility policies.
• Promote a safe, professional, and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Active West Virginia CNA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of psychiatric or behavioral health care experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients experiencing behavioral or mental health challenges.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Must be flexible and available to work all shifts as needed.
