Job Description:

TheHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP)willwork closely with the HR Director to deploy HR strategies and initiatives in support of the organization’s goals. The HRBP will provide daily, strategic HR guidance, including but not limited to policy implementation, performance evaluation management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.

PrimaryDuties &Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with leadersanddevelop a solid understanding of the business. 

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.

  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.

  • Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive measures to address issues.

  • Conducts exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with HR Director.

  • Answer routine questions regarding benefits, pay, and other items related to the employee experience. 

  • Communicate policy, benefit, and compliance information to team members to ensure understanding.

  • Identify training needs for individuals and teams. 

  • Work closely with employees and managers to build morale, improve working relationships, and increase retention and productivity.

  • Assist in administering employee engagement initiatives.

  • Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommendedbest practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldrequired.

  • Minimum ofthree(3)years ofHR experience.

  • Broad knowledge of HR industry practices with demonstrated generalist experience in areas of employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and talent development.

  • Workday experience strongly preferred.

  • Healthcare experience a plus.

  • Proven track record of facilitating change initiatives.

  • Has a key focus on culture building to drive a mission driven organization.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and demonstrate a team-oriented work style.

  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Strong project management, organizational skills,and attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Tech Requirements for the Job:

  • High-speed, reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication and access to necessary systems and tools.

  • Quiet and private work environment to maintainconfidentiality and minimize background noise during calls.

  • Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools, such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and customer relationship management systems.

  • Compliance with all security and privacy policies and protocols, including safeguarding patient information and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Travel:

  • Hybrid role withthe ability & willingness to travel toall clinicsites as necessary within ageographic region.

Physical Requirements for theJob:

  • Regularly required to sit and stand for extendedperiods.

  • Involves standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting. 

  • Requires full range of body motion, including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.

  • Occasionally lifts andcarriesitems weighing up to20 lbs.

Job Type:Full-TimePay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annuallyActual compensation offered to candidates is based on work experience, education, skill level,and geographic location. Compensation may vary depending on the state or region in which theposition islocated,in accordance withapplicable laws.This position has no close date.
