Hartung Glass Industries is seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in manufacturing to lead HR operations at our Salt Lake City facility. Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Lead HR for our site, partnering with managers and employees
  • Recruit and retain top manufacturing talent
  • Manage onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that focus on fostering engagement and reducing turnover
  • Administer employee benefit programs and maintain accurate records
