You’ll collaborate with management and teams to enhance employee engagement, ensure legal compliance, and help drive operational success through effective HR practices.What You’ll Do

• Maintain and update accurate employee records to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.*
• Manage disciplinary actions and handle employee terminations when necessary, ensuring a fair and consistent process.*
• Negotiate with temporary staffing agencies to secure high-quality temporary employees at competitive rates.*
• Oversee costs associated with third-party recruiting services or online job postings.*
• Investigate employee incidents and collaborate with management to implement appropriate corrective measures.*
• Work closely with payroll to resolve employee issues, receive drug screening results, and manage leave, unemployment, and workers’ compensation claims.*
• Coordinate and support the performance management process, including assisting in wage determinations and scheduling pay increases.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, civil rights, and company HR policies.*
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop positive relationships at all organizational levels.*
• Active listening skills to effectively understand and resolve employee concerns.*
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred but not required.*
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in business, human resources, or communication.*
• Minimum of three years of human resource experience in a fast-paced environment.*
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
