NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, at our Miami, FL., Healthcare Laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. If you are ready to make a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvements, then we want to hear from you!Job Responsibilities:Organize and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidesAssist with onboard training and annual refresher training as neededAnswer employees’ queries about HR-related issuesAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)Revise company policies
Manage all Safety Programs in partnership with HR ManagerCreate regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
General HR and office work.
