Ancient Crunch Inc. is a food manufacturing company based in Hackettstown, NJ. We make healthy snacks that we're proud of and run an operation that's always moving… and growing exponentially. We are a tight-knit team with many, many moving parts. This company was built from the ground up… our CEO started this company out of his garage. Four years later, we are now operating out of our own manufacturing facility. That said, we're looking for students and graduates who want to grow with us. We are looking to fill roles in Supply Chain, Chemical, Electrical, & Mechanical Engineering, Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, Business, and more. Working with us is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students who want real hands-on experience working in space that is quite literally revolutionizing the real food industry.
You'll learn how a food manufacturing business runs from the inside out, work closely with the many moving parts of the team, and have the potential to grow alongside the company using your skills.

Human Resources:
Ancient Crunch is on a mission to change the way people think about the snack aisle. We're also challenging the idea that a growing corporate company can't be wellness-focused and supportive. As we grow, HR plays an important role in making sure that commitment shows up in the way we hire, develop, support, and care for our team overall. You'll get hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee development, manager support, HR operations, and company culture. You'll work closely with all walks of life in our company, from executives to managers to employees all across our business.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the employee experience from the ground up. You'll help create thoughtful processes, support managers, listen to employees, and find ways to make Ancient Crunch a place where people can not only build meaningful careers but stay in them too.
