Job Title: HR Coordinator  Location: Mclean, VA - Hybrid   Duration: 24 months (with possible extension or conversion)

Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting support services in alignment with our recruiting standards and systems.
• Coordinate and manage ad hoc and Power Day scheduling.
• Act as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal clients, ensuring seamless communication.
• Negotiate interview times and schedules to finalize candidate interviews efficiently.
• Guide candidates through both onsite and virtual interview processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure flawless execution of the interviewing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, interviewers, and executive/administrative professionals.
• Manage confidential files and privileged information with utmost professionalism.
• Effectively represent our organization as a top employer in the industry.
• Oversee travel arrangements and communications between candidates, recruiters, and our travel partners.
• Travel between multiple buildings/locations within the geographic area as needed.
• Partner with team members to support onsite interview experiences and responsibilities.

Must haves:

• 6 years of recent experience in HR coordination.
• 5 years of experience in interview scheduling.
• Experience with Power Day or Ad Hoc scheduling.
• Previous experience working with enterprise clients.
