What's your day like?
As a new Human Resources/Accounting Specialist at CUSA, LLC, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing employee records, facilitating onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. You will also handle payroll processes, assist in budgeting, and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role; you'll work closely with various departments to address any employee concerns and provide support where needed. You can expect to participate in team meetings to drive innovation and maintain a customer-focused approach in all activities. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while being fully engaged in your contributions to the team's success.
