Human Resources Business Partner (Full HR Lifecycle)

Salary Range: $120k-$130k/Annum Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced HR professional with strong exposure across the full HR lifecycle.
• The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in driving talent initiatives, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development while partnering closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.

Talent Management:

• Drive performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks.
• Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
• Support learning & development initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee concerns and manage workplace issues with fairness and compliance.
• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Retention Strategies:

• Analyze attrition trends and implement retention programs.
• Conduct stay interviews and employee engagement surveys.
• Design initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Organizational Development:

• Lead change management initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design.
• Align HR strategies with long-term business goals.

Executive Coaching & Succession Planning:

• Provide coaching support to senior leaders and managers.
• Develop succession planning frameworks for key roles.
• Build leadership pipelines and career progression models.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Support compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.
• Partner in benefits program administration and policy design.
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal equity standards.
