Human Resources Coordinator

Flatrock Manor is looking for an organized, energetic, and compassionate Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team!In this role, you’ll help support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and daily HR operations while making a real impact on both staff and residents.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and want to grow your HR career with a supportive team — we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll Do

Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
Post jobs, review resumes, and coordinate interviews
Conduct support staff interviews and reference checks
Assist with onboarding and employment paperwork
Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases
Respond to employee questions and provide HR support
Assist with performance management documentation and appraisals
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience REQUIRED
Degree in business and concentrating in human resources, preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
