Human Resources Director

The Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to serve as a critical architect of our organizational culture and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role requires a strategic visionary who can balance sophisticated human capital management with our mission-driven heart.

You will lead all HR functions-from talent acquisition strategy and total rewards to complex employee relations and regulatory compliance. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you won't just manage a department; you will partner with agency heads to ensure our workforce is empowered, resilient, and aligned with our commitment to those we support. We are looking for a professional who understands that behind every policy is a person, and behind every strategic initiative is the goal of helping our community thrive.
