What You'll Be Doing

Take full ownership of the hiring process – job posts, interviews, and offers
Run payroll end-to-end-processing, auditing, troubleshooting, and ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time
Support benefits administration including medical, 401(k), and workers' comp
Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions, concerns, and guidance
Lead onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success from day one
Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Play a key role in building a culture where people feel valued and want to stay

What You Bring

3+ years of HR experience
Solid foundation in HR best practices and employment law
Strong interpersonal skills-you build trust easily
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (iSolved a plus!)
Comfort in fast-paced or multi-site environments
