Job Description
Title: Human Resources Generalist I Location: East Hanover, NJ (100% Onsite) Duration: 3+ Months Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of US Government I-9 forms and regulatory requirements
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, lookups, report review)
- Experience handling employee personal/private information (passports, Social Security cards, driver s licenses)
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Experience working in Fragomen Portal/electronic I-9 systems
- Conduct I-9 audits
- Ability to navigate the portal efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Work directly with managers, employees, and HR teams via email and verbal communication
